A great day at Chessington World of Adventures!

Despite the typical British summertime weather, students from Nairobi class and Paris class enjoyed a whole day of fun at Chessington World of Adventures.

Many thanks goes to the kind sponsors Geoff and Fiona Squire for giving each student £5 to spend on the day.

For a few students it was their first time to Chessington. Some of the rides were scary but students wanted to go on them again and again!

It was a great opportunity for students in these two classes to spend some fun time together after their hard work over last term.

Thanks to all staff on the trip and thanks to Mr Shepherd and Mr Davey for also driving the two minibuses. Thanks to Miss Ely, Miss Brooks, Miss Purchase and Mrs Thompsett for making it a fun day to remember.

The school is making such a difference to the lives of our young people. I am immensely proud of all that you are achieving.

Cllr Ruth Dombey, Leader of Sutton Council
